Business-minded artist with six years of demonstrable experience conceptualizing, manufacturing, and selling high-quality products and services in the music industry. Ten years experience in retail management roles, and five years in freelance graphic design.

During this role, I created practices and routines for our front-end that were responsible for moving the guest loyalty metric to rank 1st in the entire district group, roughly 60 stores, year-to-date in the year

2015. I wrote schedules for up to 30-45 employees and also had store-wide responsibilities in addition to my department. This role included the responsibility of cart attendants, cashiers, guest service, brand attendants, photo, Starbucks, conversion, etc.
